Stop Standing Still is a site dedicated to promoting geek culture by encouraging people to come together to celebrate that culture.
The site is currently in Beta mode, while we develop a more robust site. Because of this we are currently focusing our attention on live concerts featuring geek artists. Once we’ve moved out of Beta and into a general release of the site, we will expand on the types of gatherings that we list.

Primary Fandom: I dabble in a all kinds of different fandoms depending on my mood. A little anime/manga one month, comic books the next, Sci-Fi or Fantasy after that; just depends on what I’m into at the moment. I was first a music geek though, and that’s pretty much a constant, as well as computers and general system theory stuff.
